I believe that there has been mention of that sometime on here. If my memory is right, I think it fits fine but there is a slight difference, maybe the rear crossmember right under the back bumper maybe? Different design, or welded in versus bolted in, something like that?

Oh and also at the top where the rear coil spring fits in is the same 64-66, then 67 is unique.

Joe, a 66 frame is close but I think a 67 has something different with the rear spring area. The only thing I have seen is the 65 all had the V hook brace welded to the front cross member And most 66 don`t have that. I have a 66 convertible frame that came up from the south sitting at a  body shop in Ohio if you are still looking. I paid $1,000 for it.

64 frames have a stand alone part numbers but dimensionally are the same as 64 thru 67
65/66 frames have the same part numbers but dimensionally are the same as 64 thru 67.
67 frames have stand alone part numbers but are dimensionally the same as 64 thru 67

the 64s lack a dimple in the front cross member that allows the changing of a big block starter without raising the engine

the 67s have smaller upper rear spring perches welded in - use a spring tappered on both ends. 67s can be used under 64 thru 66 if you use 67 type springs.
