Can someone tell me what these rims are? Are they off a Chevelle? They were on my Beaumont when I got it. Thanks. Kevin

They look like 69-70 Chevelle SS or also Cutlass wheels. I forget which but one should have painted spokes, one has chrome spokes.

Now I remember.

Chrome spokes use no trim ring (Olds), painted spokes use trim ring (Chevelle), isn't that how it goes?

Did they come in 15 from GM on anything? I think I've only ever seen 14.

Olds offered 15" in 70-72 referred as the Rally 111. These were most often seen on W30 cars. The similar Rally 1  14" for non disc applications were offered from 1966-69. The painted version where Rally 11's

Actually only Chrysler called their style of wheels similar to this magnum 500s.  The GM ones were always referred to as SS or rally style wheels.

The rims have an LZ code. From doing some looking around the net they're from an Olds car. They do have the chrome on the spokes. I thought its was silver paint.

motor wheel company made the wheels for all the big 3,,even AMC. they each had there own thing,,,

chevy was a painted steel wheel with trim ring

olds was a SATIN chrome spoke with black paint , and usually a trim ring , but I've seen them with a bright chrome rim as well. 64/65 olds I think was a chrome rim??

then the aftermarket version which motor wheel produced and JC penny sold , they are bright chrome spokes , black paint , and a bright chrome rim ,,NO trim ring this is what is in the pick on my wall....

My dad used to call on Motor Wheel as a Dofasco customer service rep back in the late 70's early 80's. And Kelsey Hays in the early 70's. I remember seeing a bunch of those Magnum 500 center blanks in his trunk, being taken back to Dofasco's labs for testing on defects, for customer claims.
Wheel steel and stamping was his specialty.
