Nice pics Joel, ever see a emblem or sticker for Malis Motors in Selkirk ? Never seen one and Malis Motors is no longer there. Only thing I can find out is Frank Malis and his son Ernie owned it in the 60's until it was sold in 89. Frank was Mayor of Selkirk in 66-67 and 71-74 and Ernie Just passed away this year. Not sure were in Selkirk and if it became another Dealership. Any one know anything or have pics of the dealship or emblems. Thats were my Beaumont was sold.
Wow, great photo Fred. I remember that day well even though I was only 8 or 9. You could see the smoke from the dealership burning from my house across town. My dad was friends with a salesman there and we used to go there all the time to look at the cars.

Cool! My car is also from Jenner Motors. (If that emblem still exists, I'd love to get my hands on it.) Thanks for posting...

This car was for sale at the Red Deer Swap meet a couple years ago. I also new a guy who had a '58 Buick Special 4 door Hardtop from Jenner as it still had the dealer crest on it. It was in rough shape so he sold the car for parts to someone restoring a similar one. Jenner motors was located downtown Edmonton on Jasper Ave. In the mid 1970s it was sold to new owners and relocated to the west side of the city. the new name was Western Pontiac Buick GMC and is still in business today.
