As listed in the CP Master parts Catalogue,

Group 12 .181

Pn 7583852

65-66/ All -37 (2dr coupe)
                -57 (2dr GP)

Pn 7583851

66/ All      -11 (2 door post)
                -39 (4 dr HT)
                -67 (Ragtop)
                -69 (4 dr sedan)

If it's a 66 decklid, it looks like it is the same across 2 and 4 doors.

I can help on this one, looking in the Hollanders manual now. There are 3 different ones: Biscayne & Belair, Impala 2 door hardtop, and exc. Impala 2 door hardtop.

The 4 door trunk lid will be correct for your convertible, they share the same lid.
