Are you sure?   a shift kit in Turbo 35o will "wake it" up   Won't make a 350V8 4200 LB car any faster...twocents.gif

But don't you think it will be more fun to drive Carl?

I put a 6 speed in my 94 Impala SS. No faster, but what a riot to drive!

Nope, not sure yet, depends on if i can find a gear for the rear for the right price, if i can get a 355 then with the 275/60-15's i would likely stay with the th350 and just put a kit and convertor in it. i love the idea of a stick, but wife wouldnt drive it...so i dunno.....

People always ask me why I like standards... I reply because it is more like driving!!! Automatics have their place and I do own them, but all of my "fun" cars and trucks are standards and most of them I have converted that way...... But ask me when I am 60+ and I may have a different response.......!! (lol)

C2, you did it for a reason and maybe it has to grow on you a little...... I would have done the exact same thing 120%................. Give it a little time!!!
