They were good once. I have dim memories of good games in the "Gardens" with Mahovlich, Keon, Horton and Shack playing for wins. Used to sit in the "Greys".

Our son laughs cause I think I could likely rattle off all the players numbers from those years too!

hey my Dad's favorite team ! I even hoped for them tonight, I hate them Canucks theyre too good , exc I like Mason Raymond who played in Strathmore AB as a midget, same town my son played! NICE FLAMES WIN !!, coulda gone to that game but my nephew was playing Tier 2 midget in Three Hills , tied Hanna 1-1 great game !

We in Leafland often ask the same question.  I'll let Ray provide the more detailed answer but right now we have a team of has-beens and never-wases.  We have no first line, nor second line, just two third lines and two fourth lines backed up by below average goal tending.  In theory, our defence should be pretty good because that is the area the Leafs supposedly bulked up the most in during the off season, but you would never know it...

years back when i lived in T.O. they would sell out every game and they

wernt very good then, not much insentive to spend $$ and get a better team

if u still sell out the games with a poor product, now

i support my local Jr B team, the quality is good,

its affordable, and they even win once and a while!
