After the swap meet at Ancaster I dropped in on CDNROUNDPORT who lives just 5 minutes away. Being the perfect autumn afternoon, we went for a little cruise in Ian's recently acquired 74 SD sold new at Plaza Pontiac in Toronto. This car is bone stock except for being upgraded to 1.65 rocker arms. Rides, drives and handles incredibly. Tight and solid as 57,xxx original mile car should be. Went to visit another Pontiac friend who also has about 25 Ponchos stashed away in his back 40. Came back and again admired how far ahead of it's time this car was for the early 70's - it feels like it could give anything today a good run for its money. Right now, it's Ian's daily driver.
Hope you had fun Hillar I don't think there are to many days like that left this year.
A couple of guys mentioned if we were geting together after the Anacster Swap meet and I would be willing to provide the spot for a function following any of the Ancaster Swap meets in the future.

That's an offer we shouldn't refuse. Very good of you Ian!
Thanks blacktransamI can't emphasize enough to our fellow enthusiasts how important it is to have a car to drive. This car is like going back in time and I feel privileged to own it.
