I've seen this SD ... a little rough, and parts are very hard to find.
Came from N.S. to PEI last year, sold once again on PEI, now it's up for sale again.

Yup, thereabouts.
Then he sold it for around $10,000.00 (he was asking for 10,000.00 when I saw it) to this latest guy.
It is good from a far, but far from good. There is a lot of work to do to make it show-worthy.
