For Sale: 1974 LS4 454.

2bolt main block, 3999289 block. Casting date D-11-73
353049 Large oval port heads. Casting dates D-13-73
Edelbrock open plenum intake, Edelbrock valve covers.
Motor is complete and all together, was running well when removed from my 68 Camaro 6 years ago. Everything is there except for carb, distributor and dipstick.
Also all pulleys are there with power steering pump,water pump, alternator (bearings are getting rough), 6 blade fan and flex plate. Also comes with headers.

 Its a TRT code, so its out of a truck. But the good thing is its NOT a long block. Only difference from a car motor is cam and probably a bit of compression.

Anyone know how to get it here to southern ontario? I am thinking this would go nice in my 57' and be cheaper than rebuilding the engines I have....

$300.00 or so is what he said, depends exactly where it's going in toronto. but in any case it should be around 300.
