Thats like the guy, in New York, who was hit ,while riding his bike, after dark, and He sued the manufacturer, because the bike, didn't have reflectors and won... I always use a bungie to hold my Glock in its holster...
All I can think of is "if you play with fire, you get burned." So, if there is a gun present, what would be the next thing that would happen? duhhhhhhh
Doesn't the parent have any resposibility or accountability for purchasing a gun and allowing it to end up in the hands of a child?
I remember a road trip to Summit Auto a few yrs. back to p/up some parts. We met a friend from West Virginia, who is a policeman down there, we went to go out for dinner that night & he pulled out a GLOCK & put it & holster under his shirt at the back of jeans, I nearly "crapped" when I saw it, but he said," I don't go anywhere with out it"!!! The stories he told us, I could see why & all of a sudden we felt more "comfortable about it" but it was something we are not used to seeing!!!!
