I have two gauge clusters, one had a tach on the far right and the other has a rally clock on the far right, my question is what is the hand thats painted orange on the clock ?? Is it the seconds or is it a tach?? It has all the clock numbering but also has 0 to 55 makings in 5 degree intervals from 12 oclock back to twelve.  Thanks guys

And the orange hand in the far right picture should always be pointing around 60 while you are driving............

I would think the 0 to 55 is for seconds

I have the same clock and like every one says its the second hand.
