1963 Acadian Dealer Banner

This has got to be rare, I have never seen one before.  Get yourself a unique Christmas present to hang from your garage rafters.

Yes, I have a monster poster of the 68 SS 396 Chevelle from him.

Have you seen the one he has where he altered the text in the brochure so that it states the engine is built by the famous engine builder, Gary Anderson???!!!

Not sure about the cost, I never asked him.

OK Ray, please lay off.  I just hate the fact the print is red and my car is orange.  I want to hang it from the front of the hood at shows when the hood is open.

No problem. I suggest that you fellas figure out amongst yourself what you are going to do. I can't imagine there are any infringement issue on a defunct model name, this banner is easily reproduced once someone gets the original.

If its on paper its not too expensive, you can also get it printed on more durable outdoor banner material... i can get it priced out... we just printed a set of 8 that were 5' by 40' for one of our buildings...

I was thinking of getting it for my buddy, as I thought his Acadian was a '63.  Apparently his is a '65 so the bidding is wide open.

Told ya i was bidding to win.biggrin

A bit more than i would have liked to pay, but i have always wanted an acadian or beaumont dealership sign, but i have never even seen one in all my years as a "beaumontguru".

Im kind of surprised there was not more interest.  I really did not think i had a chance.  i expected to be blown out of the water right away.

Good for you! I'm very happy for you. That is a real CP collector piece, no doubt.

You bid with only 1 second left and blew everyone else out of the water!  shocked.gif

Glad it went to someone on this site.

I figured $100 was the number. I know it is appealing to all of us but really a very limited market. Not taking anything away from it, it is awesome!

Got it today
Really cool
super heavy duty silk-like material
Tons of paint stains on one side only.
Fairly dusty, but that just adds character

I am so happy i got it!  never expected to win.

I will post some better pics at some point.

Glad to see a fellow CP'er got it! When my friend Mike was emptying out the old Pontiac Buick Acadian dealership his late father in law owned he threw out way too much cool stuff I never had a chance to see before it was taken away, but I know there was no banner like that.
