Thats when u could tell if it was a ford or gm or dodge. The good old days when u raced what u brung. Nice to jr johnson in his younger days, after he was guest of the state as he says for running moonshine, said he had a 59 pontiac that would run over 180mph when running moonshine.
These guys looked like they were always on the ragged edge of control. The yellow Chevy was a 62. I didn't see any other GM cars, or any Mopar for that matter. Just Fords & Mercs. I wonder if GM and Chrsler were still observing the 1963 corporate racing ban in the 65 season?
