This is a pretty decent car, but it was in the wrong place at the wrong time a few years ago. It was sitting in a yard with a low spot when the snow came, then the rain came. This car along with several others was underwater for nearly two weeks before the water went down. The body was not damaged in anyway. But, the engine, a 389 V8, and automatic transmission, plus all the electrics are not good. The body is very good. It has a nice front clip,with good front bumper, all 4 doors are good, and they still open and close fine. The glass is good, has a nice trunk lid, rear bumper is usable, and good tail lights. This car is 99 percent rust free. Even though there is surface rust on the floors and trunk the floor boards and trunk floor are very solid, not rusted through. There is a lot of nice Starchief stainless trim. The radiator and battery are missing. If you are looking for a car for parts for your Starchief you are rebuilding, or want to build a cheap 4 door cruiser, then the Super Cheap Price OF ONLY $1,200 is something you can not pass up. You could not find a front clip for this price. This car will come with different wheels and tires than those in the pictures. We will put some wheels and tires on the car so you can roll it around.
