Where I grew up In Ancaster I would occasionally see a 1966 U.S. Pontiac Catalina or Star Chief limousine. It looked like the blue '65 above but it was an 8 door. In 1974 (!) I chatted with the driver; he made runs out of Mount Hope Airport (it was a lot smaller then as opposed to now as John C. Munro Airport).
Here in Canada they didn't seem to use the Canadian Pontiacs as commercial chassi on which to build. They used U.S. Pontiac LWB wide track chassis for cars like the Superior Ambulance etc.
