1955-57 Tag Information

There used to be a Canadian Tri-Chevy Cowl Tag Info site which seems to have gone down. Insofar as it related to engine numbers, obviously it shared info with Canadian Pontiacs.  I had an approach from an owner of a '57 Bel Air 2 Dr HT, and tag details are:

71037D71037D6.....ENGINE # 9259,694BODY 2654PAINT 1612BSO 213TRIM 67x [missing digit at end]

All I can say is that it's what it says on the tin, and that i's a '57 235 with Powergliude because of the 9 prefix. I have no idea about Canadian BSO, Paint and Trim option decodes.
