Out side of Hockey and the news I don't watch TV much but one show I watch is Heartland on CBC. It is one of the things my wife and I do together after Sunday dinner. It's on now.
Anyway it's set on a Ranch in Alberta. They have the coolest old farm trucks, a 55ish GMC and the 70ish Chevy both nice pickups. The show is great and the old rides just make it better.

My wife and daughter are pretty faithful watchers. My TV watching time is pretty much zero, nil and none. I can't sit still that long without participating in something!

I watch it a bit and love the vehicles that are on the show. I'd kill for the fenders off that '50's truck for my '61 GMC I tell ya! LOL! Gotta love that Norton too eh? It's just nice to see a show on TV that isn't a reality show of ANY kind!
We watch it and yes they do have some good ole rides in it for sure :>) I sure like that old Norton.. My brother had one back in the 70's and it was a fun bike to ride ..
To answer Steve's question, I'm about 90 miles from Toronto but know where Courtice is. I have cousins that live in Bowmanville. Sometime this summer I will do the pilgrimage down to Bill's just to have a look. Will of course be taking a parts list with me as well. Will also let him know I'm coming when I'm coming and what I'm on the hunt for; especially if it is a Saturday. He states right on his website it's best to call first so that's exactly what I'll do when the time comes.
great to hear some folks watching the show!!! there is a movie being shot right now for it as well. I have a bunch of associates that work on it. It's just outside of calgary and also in a studio in Calgary. If it keeps being successful I'm sure CBC will pull it off the air.. they seem to do that a lot.
