VERY nice! This colour also looks great with white interior. Maybe I should repaint my Laurentian this colour when the time comes to match my Dad's 69!

Bill, is that a power antena on the back quarter ?  I always like the antena on the back instead of the front fender. I see that U73 option code for a manual on the rear for 69. I think when I get that far I will move mine from the front to the rear.

kevin came through for me aka 69SD on the door emblems, your right about the door panels, i have the correct "deluxe" rears i`am looking for the fronts so the customs will do untill i can fine them! (willing to trade if anybody has the "deluxe" ones) i would still like to get the 69 beaumont docs.you posted a while back wink

yes`the stripe either came in black or white..but i always wondered what colour stripe you got with the colour you picked? did you pick the stripe colour or did the factory pick it depending on the exterior colour you ordered??maybe i should have put the white stripe on ashamed where are you original ownerbiggrinbiggrin

far as i can tell the factory picked it depending on the colour.ive never seen anything showing an option or that the cutomer could choose.
i imagine it has to to with colour compatibility?  dark car /white stripe-light colour car dark stripe?

i have seen info stating white stripe ,white panel, black stripe ,black panel.

i think you picked the right stripe for that colour, whenever i get mine done ,i was going to do it the same combo but with black guts.

im not sure about clint and mines 68 SD thats Burnished Brown, ive seen an old picture of one that colour and it has a white stripe

did you always have that rear SD emblem?  its different from 1968,must be a tough piece to find?

even the docs from George dont tell what colour the stripes are so there must be set colours for certain paint codes

i might look into it

In the package from GM they gave me the option list for 69 Beaumonts and it says for option U73  (rear mounted manual antena) so you have it in the correct location for your car.
