I also like the tach. Is it a repro or original? Nice to see a dash that hasn't had the radio cut out...

I just got the tack from Classic performance . Its not perfect but its new. I ordered a console clock from Ultimate Chevelle so we will see how that one is . I still have the old dash clock but it quit working so I decided to go this way.

Its coming along. More than I can say for my car. Sitting all winter. Can hardly wait until spring to get back on it. Keep posting progress pics. Gives guys like me insperation.biggrin.gif

I've had "good luck" fixing electric clocks with WD 40. Hold the clock face up & spray WD in the light holes & let it sit face up for 1/2 hr. Give it a pwr. "shot" of 12 volts & 9 times out of 10 it will start working. Did this with 64 9 yrs. ago & it's still going!!!!

Lookin' goooooood! Nothin' like nice fresh paint where it used to be old and nasty. And I second the thumbsup.gif on the valve covers.
