experts can tell me

i need to buy  the  so called package  tray  for my  67 2 d post

the suppliers are not shure  it would  be the same one  as the 2 door  hard top model

i am talking  about the cardboard  cover that is located between  the top of the rear seat and the base of the rear window  ( to make it clear )

so  , the big question.................is it  the same distance between  the top of the rear seat  and ther base of the rear window glass  on a post model    as the distance on a hard top

( i think the rear  glass  on a hardtop  does not  have the same angle  as the post model )

this could change  the distance between the seat top  and the  glass

If there was a difference and I don't believe there is, yours would be smaller and the aftermarket people would tell you to trim to fit.  They don't make two sizes.

I think you may be getting mixed messages in the above replies.

A 67 2dr post sedan uses the same package tray as a 4dr sedan

the 2dr hard tops have a shorter depth and are more square.

Be sure the what you get is the same as a 4dr sedan
Your 67 2dr post has the same roof and rear window as a 4dr sedan.

Best rule of thumb is:  if the car has a post, the parts are the same for 2dr and 4dr versions.

your  dead right  , looking  at a 4 d roof line  , it is  the same  a the  2 door post

so  i will be  looking  for a 4 door package  tray

i will  have  to check  that  out  at  NOS

or NOS  yourself  ( here on C P )  can you check  that  in the catalogue  ??

you are right, 2 & 4 Doors use the same package tray, even the same headliner & other parts. The tray we have available is for a 2 or 4 door  sedan That part # is not as yet on our website

It must be a relatively new product on the market?
sedan package trays never use to be available repro.
