Our towns best kept secret

If you enjoy Thai food, we have a little restaurant here in Ingersoll called the Mango Salad. It is by far the best Thai food I have ever eaten. My wife and I came back from another fantastic meal: spring rolls to start, coconut rice, spicy shrimp and ginger chicken. I'm stuffed. It's always a full house so reservations are recommended!

I am glad you enjoyed it   I will know what to say, if you mention it at Ingersol
I saw a "spring roll" at my garage once, I hate rice w/ coconut, I hate "spicy" and shrimp, and chicken and ginger are like oil and water   Do they have hamburgers and fries?   ohhh   I have to go get a Gravol just thinking about it...

Carl- Ginger is good for the gut! Spicy food has also been proven to be good for you as well. Ya don't know what you are missing!

Oh no, my guts LOVE it hot. The hotter the better. Our favorite restaurant (all 4 of us) is a Mexican place about 100 miles south in North Dakota. When they bring the chips and salsa, I always get the extra hot. It usually makes me sweat. Never a problem with stomach although it does seem to "flush the system" a bit, but if that's good for a car, it's likely good for us too!

Ah, but my guts are wrecked by a Dr. Frankenstein who removed my gall bladder mixed in with some Toyota customer stress. We ate Thai last night- felt fine. I had a piece of toast this morning and was nauseated all day. Go figure confuse I'm now a "medical mystery" I've given up on "real" docs and am going to go see a "Naturopath"
