Excellent!

Now I want the truth to be known.

Some of you will recall Elroy won the fundraiser auction for the Camaro parts book. The winning bid was for the book and I was including shipping within Canada. Elroy refused to let me pay shipping and insisted that I ship it collect to him, citing the fact that because I donated the book, he would pay the freight.

Typical of the type of car guys that are on this site.

Thanks again for doing that Elroy.

He's too far away for me to go to his door and try and scam him on a roofiing job on his house, or maybe a new carpet cleaner......

By the way, I have always enjoyed those IROCs since I had one for a company car for a few months one summer in the late 80's.

Not much of a family car, can't fill the trunk with luggage, but sure a riot to drive with tuned port and t tops.

sell him some investments maybe , thats a good one ! Ya Carl 1 thats a fun car. Its a factory 350 tuned port, i put edelbrock heads, roller cam, headers, converter, chip. It goes like stink and gets 20 plus mpg. Goes way too fast though with 3.23 gears. Its only got 70k on it. Theres 3 models of IROCs, one has no T roofs, one has T Roof, this one is the 3rd level and has the T-roofs, 4 wheel disc brakes and locking 16" rims. There are 2 options it doesnt have, the HD rear axle, and the Bose stereo. Can't keep the dang T-roofs from leaking though, spent 600 bucks on weatherstrips too.... Might have to cut the roof off....
