what state / province 1960 license plate are you looking for?  Same with the coins, what country?  The plates are readily available at swap meets, and also on ebay.  Coins are available at various places, or watch what change you get at the corner store, you might find a 1960 penny in your change.

       Carls daughter, is coming to Clinton, to see mother in hospital..  She lives in Waterloo..   Carl will give Paul's 'stuff" and Kevins cross member and bracket, to her for trip to Waterloo..  Paul will pickup there...  2 birds 1 stone...
