Rarechev asked for some shots of my 65's, and seeing as I can't figure out how to put them in a pm I'll just post for all to see. They are far from perfect but lots of fun none the less. The hardtop is currently in the midst of restoration, the rag top is just a cheap fun driver, enjoy,
Those are some fine lookin 65's Dan. Did you do the custom work to the 59??

I find the 1965 Impalas one of the nicest full size car chevrolet ever built, I like the front end, big chrome bumpers, little tail lights in the back ...

Thanks Andrew, the Black car should be back to it's former glory in a couple more years. As for the 59, yes all metal work by me, first one that I started welding on, wasn't much of a car when I started so I had nothing to lose, someday I'll scan some before photos.
Hey nice cars guy's, Dan the convertible turned out to be a 10 hour and 130 dollars in fuel waste. i sure was excited till i seen it.
Yeah some times they turn out that way, oh well a road trip to look at an old car is never truly a waste, the first half of the trip is always fun thinking about what it could be. I'll keep my ears open for one, 65's seem to find me, every one around here knows I love them.
