We all know her story by now, she who won a bronze medal at these Games despite the death of her mother two days before her short program. She will carry the flag for Canada at the closing ceremony tonight. Usually this honour is reserved for a Gold medalists and usually a multi medalist BUT we know that this young lady represents so much more to Canadians than any Gold Medal ever will.
