Rocker panels??


Hi gentlemen.I just noticed on my parts car 67 Canso 4 dr that it has chrome rocker panels.Is this an option or did they come with em??

The Canso 66 & 67 had an Aluminum trim piece on the rocker about 4" wide that ran from behind the front wheel and ended in front of the real wheel. That was part of the trim package that was an upgrade from the Invader. That trim can also be found on the rockers of non SS Nova's and it is available reproduced by Covan Industries at about $200 Canadian.

The canso (67) should not have had rocker trims -- it should have a trim just over1' wide on the bottom of the doors -- the rocker trims were on canso in 66 amd SD 66 & 67 as well as the non-ss novas 66&67

Damn dont I feel foolish.It is a 66,I keept thinking 67.Thats why I was woundering about that trim cause I never noticed it before on 67's.Thanks for correcting me and making me red boys.
