Here we go again!

The boy wanted to try his bike again yesterday. LOVED IT! Woke me up at 7:00 am this morning with "can I ride it now?" "How about now?" "Now?" Finally gave in at 9:00. My yard just took a **** kicking, with all the water from the melting snow and such. Ah well grass grows back, right?biggrin

Good stuff the look on his face or what you can see of it says it all.

I thought too is was funny that even though most of his face is covered, you can see the sheer joy in that little bit that is showing! Kids! They sure are honest about how they feel...

Happy as a clam. The funny thing is I was thinking about my old bike when my son turned 5, as I was 5 when I first started to ride. Lo an behold as I'm driving to the shop to pick-up my wife's minivan (No scan tool so, I'm out) there is the same little bike I had over 30 years ago. Only difference is mine was yellow. I thought it was a pretty cool co-inkydink and I just had to grab it. New brakes, coil, tune-up and good as new. My daughter (who is 4) is already yammering about riding it! I'm going to have to get one next year, The real fun begins.

I guess its surprising how common they were back in our days. I had 2 Z50s First one wore out in less than 6 months. Dad took it to the shop and they were amazed at how beat a bike could be in 6 months. The look on your boys face must have been priceless when he realized it was for him. Congrat's on making history for your boy. Memories he will never forget

Great fun ! I want to go too LOL ! Nice to see our kids enjoy themselves, they grow so fast. I too had a bike when I was 14, it was a Honda 90 road and trail.
