I didn't know either until I was channel surfing. Live coverage continues at noon EST Friday. Speaking of Corvettes, I saw a gorgeous new black ZR1 yesterday. I talked to the owner. Apparently when you buy a ZR1 you get to go to Las Vegas for some spirited "Driver Training" courtesy of GM. What are they worth? About $130k?

Just like the last time, some great deals on the first night. (The night with the cars that are more accessible to the average Joe, who in this economy doesn't have the money, vs the later days with the items for the rich guys who still do have the disposable income.) I think there are a lot of us average Joe's who are realizing some of these opportunities and therefore the first night sales will soon be picking up again. (Just one chubby guys opinion.)
