Thanks for the complements guys. The car is actually a dark blue but it does look black in those pictures. I took one in the garage with the flash. It should show the blue.
From one stock 327 to another...very nice! I can only hope that one day mine looks as good.

The disc brakes are out of a 71 chevelle. The colour was origanally Antique peweter metalic grey. I did intend to have it painted the original colour but the painter hated the idea and eventually talked me out of it. I then looked at the gm colour chart and decided on deep water blue. He painted the trunk lid to show me what this paint would look like and I liked it. In fact it's a base clear paint that's close to deep water blue.
...beautiful car...we drove our all year out here...just watched out for the rainy days. Love that it's a 4-speed...the only way to go as far as I'm concerned (if you can). Is it local?

North Delta (originally founded as Annieville[1]) is a largely middle-class bedroom community situated in the Lower Mainland, in British Columbia, Canada. The community is the most populous of the three communities (North Delta, Ladner, and Tsawwassen) that make up the Corporation of Delta. North Delta is home to numerous parks and recreational opportunities. Alongside North Delta is Burns Bog, the largest raised peat urban bog in North America. As well, Watershed Park provides walking and biking trails, home to many artesian aquifers. Besides this, North Delta is home to a large amount of green-space. As of the 2006 census, North Delta has a population of 51,623.

Your car is absolutely beautiful, must be fun to drive with that 4 speed. Please keep insurance on it yearround as i would hate to see you get nothing for it if something happened.I've seen too many people screwd by insurance companys and such.
