engine guru's question

Today I decided to adjust the rockers because I thought one or more may be on the loose side. I noticed that some of the pushrods are spinning while the engine is running. They are not loose enough to clack but they spin. Is this a normal condition or should I tighten until they stop spinning?

Cool I like the sound of that Carl..
I was talking about my 350 SBC in our Nova, had a rocker a little noisey but I think there may be a lifter or two that are making some noise too. Good enough for now it's pretty quiet with the covers on.
