Here goes:
768677 = Parisienne 2+2, 2 dr convertible, 6 passenger, 8 cylinder
1128477 = this should be a 6 digit sequential production number that started with 100001 and when up
trim 573 = parchment
style 728444 = having trouble with this as it should be 76867
paint 9xxxFF =
H35 = an option number ( these can most probably be found elsewhere on this site )
top 10 = refers to either the top colour or whether ir was power or manual.

Yes, I imagine that H35 is likely and M35 for Powerglide.

yes it is low as compared to American Built cars

yes 2+2 convertible V8 #s only

there were 6 cylinder 2+2 ragtops as well in 67 but there nuber is not known to us yet,but i assume it would be low as only 20 6cyl hardtops were built
