Time for my old 261 to start its journey to its new home as core of a project for a fellow in Oregon:





Somehow it seemed like a lot more work than I remember from racing days when pulling a motor was second nature

And now the real fun begins - next step: clean and paint the engine compartment, here's the "before" picture:



Then finish my 496 build and put that puppy* in there!
