Kids yes, but I enjoyed that too. The music was very appropriate too. What beauty and power.

That was Great, I'd love to look out my window and see something like that!
Those are some well trained Moose, I wonder how long it took him to train them to do that? LOL

Ummm, based on what folks I talked to in Jasper said, allowing moose in your backyard is an invitation to lots of moose poop too ...

Nature has its little drawbacks, eh?

About 1988 we were sitting having dinner at my parents place in McKellar ON, 17 miles north of Parry Sound when my wife said, there's a moose at the side door. Sure enough starring in at us having dinner was a big old cow. I have a photo of here beside my Monte Carlo SS somewhere. She hung around for about an hour, my wife threw her a head of lettuce to munch on then she went about her way. I'd say she stood nine feet tall, seemed gentle enough, we even have a pic wih Mary holding Kathryn about one year old, beside her.

Neat stuff. We usually have a couple come through our yard in the late spring, but not this year.  Moose number were down in the area due to little snow. Gives the wolves real advantage.

The music was well chosen too. Alison Krauss, When You say Nothing at All

One of the best voices in music for about the last 20 years now.

We lived off of Moose meat and Grouse for years as a kid. The only steak I had was moose meat. When you don't pay for meat when you shop your money goes alot further.

Almost every morning and evening we have company this year. I can imagine when and if we plant any garden there won't be much left of it.  Cute as some of these critters are, they get annoying sometimes.

I love seeing those moose. These deer are another story.....
