I kinda think from what you have said in the past that Connie would not be a big fan of this one

She'd kill me. However if she gets rid of her Matrix we'll need a rig to carry all that stuff we buy at Home Depot!

That's funny, Mary drives our Suburban and all her friends can't belive she does, It's so huge they say. Mary reminds them that she learned to drive on a car very similar to the one pictured. Her day had a Rideau model with a 400, same mass to throw around though.

we had the 4 door version of that car, grey with grey leather interior, and had power everything!! My grandparents bought the exact same car so there was two in the family. At the end, one went on to be a derby car for my aunt who got 2nd, and the other one had the engine yanked out from my dads drag racing buddy (not sure if he ever used it on anything) and the rest of the car junked i think. I loved those boats!!

My wife still prefers the extended cab Silverado.

Of course, the other choices include an Impala SS, Roadmaster or Fleetwood, so it's not like "compact" is part of her list of choices!

The worst car I ever owned on fuel was a sedan version of this. Beautiful ride, but way too thirsty.no

Same with my father-in-laws. They were big on cubes but I always found that car underpowered for its mass, hence it laboured and sucked back the 91 octane.

had a medium green 73. What a ride. 12mpg on the best day. 8-10 was averge. I remember the gas tank being small for a big car; I'm guessing maybe 16 gallens ?

It looks like one of those original "mobile" phones. My sister used to have one. Man, I hated when she called on that thing....
