I dont know if anyone has been out to Lundar Manitoba but there's a guy out there with
a lot of old pontiacs. I plan on going back soon so I'll take lots of pictures.

can you see if they have a 54 pathfinder with the 239/powerglide combo as i still haven't been able to locate a good d.s rear motor mount.

He does and its a twin to your car. I didn't see if it was powerglide or standard, does it matter for the motor mount?

Lundar hey..do I see a road trip with a new friend?
As for the gluide or standard, I do think they ar different, but I'm not sure. I say this because I do know that the engine for the standard is alot different to the auto engine.

Rollilk,

there is not much differences between the stick or the PG engine, it is the head. Make 7/1 compression rate for the stick to 7.7/1 with the high compression head for the PG car.

The rest is the same, and the side engine mount too.

Yes your right the engine is basically the same, but the block for an auto trans is different than the standard trans is it not?
