I'm looking for a dealer nameplate from Central Garage in Ridgeville, Ontario.
My Laurentian was sold new there.

Thanks

Ya. At least I have the dealer book with all the original documents (protect-O-plate etc)

I think the original owners son has the nameplate but wants to keep it for sentimental reasons.

its hard to tell-the building layout would work but the parking space looks a little large and the cross street seems misaligned-I'll bring this photo out to the building and compare.

Back to the original subject of this posting for a second. Isn't it sad, and I think all of us are guilty
of it at one time or another; that one of the first things to come off the car and not be put back on
was the chrome insignias of the dealerships that sold these cars in the first place? Even the dealerships that used decals, they were better because they were easier to get off and of course left the paint (if done properly that is!) intact underneath. And Todd, have you tried maybe putting
an ad on Kijiji or Craig's List to try and find one? Got nothing to lose I'd say.

I always write into my deals that the nameplate is not to be installed, they don't like it but comply.

Now I find these dealer plates one of the most interesting parts of looking at old cars.

This thread has 18 to look at. http://canadianponcho.activeboard.com/index.spark?aBID=118110&p=3&topicID=35067420
