Apparently there are a lot of hopped up cars used to run illegal immigrants once they cross, sort of like old Moonshine Runners, big cars with soupoed up V8's look like crap but go like stink.

You ever see the TLC show Women Of Maricopa Country? She was sitting in her big SUV watching for cars riding low. They had about 15 people in a small van. There was even a guy inbetween the back door and the last row of seats. This is the Lawman that has tents and dresses them in pink and gets them to wash the cars.
