At a glance, no. It sure would be unusual if it was a bench seat column shift automatic 396 car. Pretty cool actually if it is.

Other than the air cleaner it sure has 60's looking stuff. Well, except for some of the hoses but that is to be expected.

For that matter, cool regardless..........!

From the engine pic looks like the engine starts and runs, the alternator cooling fins in the pic show the engine running.

we supplied several items to a 67 Parisienne bench, 396 car in Sask. a couple of years ago. Customer faxed the GM doc sheet. Car was sold thru Consul Service Station Ltd, Consul SK
