just bought a 1967 acadian sport deluxe 250 6cyl. 1 of 124 made.

Hey folks. new to this site and so far it is great. I just purchased a 1967 acadian sport deluxe 6cyl 250. just got the documentation from GM of canada and there were only 124 made! with vin 71737 unlike the 370 made with V8 vin 71837. my question is how many are known to be left of the 6cyl sport deluxe vin 71737? anybody own one or know of any others??? I only see the V8 sport deluxes in the registry and elswhere. I plan on adding mine soon. let me know any info.

LOL you guys are too funny, I will be posting the pics tomorrow night or early the next day, as mentioned I need to get a camera tomorrow and she is in the shop getting her safty. just to hold you folks off here is my info on her I got back from the vintage vehicle dept. documented by george Zapora. thanks for all the info as to hao many are left.10% aprox. 12-13 cars?

only seen 2 dealers like that so far the Stratford Ontario one and 1 in Saskatchawan, i believe we figured that one out

but i think those docs say sold in stratford ,dealer not recorded,never seen sold in province of ontario,dealer not recorded

ontario has a few dealer juristriction codes  84, southern  95 toronto area and 96 ottawa area, think thay could have narrowed it down a bit

If it has the original tags inside the seats they sometimes have a dealer code on them. With that we may be able to figure it out.

Oh, and WELCOME here! We need more Acadian boys here! Those Beaumont and big boys seem to run the site.......!

That sure sounds like a cool, very unique car. Restored, needing restored, hot rodded.....???

i will look for the tag today, the car is original. it has a 350 in the car now, other than that the rest is all original. I will get pics today or tomorrow, sure would be nice to locate the correct 250 to put back into it. my buddy has the correct engine but its out of a 1968 car. talk soon, and maybe i can also figure out the dealer if i find that paper. Thanks for all the friendly welcomes!! you guys sure are helpful and nice. talk soon.
