Love 'em all but I LOVE the red Canso.

It's not really a genuine L79 is it? I see the air cleaner....

I can't read the cowl tag but I think I see M35 at the bottom.

I blew up the tag pic and it actually is an M20 car. Do you know the details on it?

The owner is in the blue and white ball cap and you'll have to pry that car outta his dead hands

This car was the talk of the car show. It is unrestored...with a 327 as well.
Took best Canadian Pontiac and best in it's class

That is a beauty for sure, I enlarge dit expecting to see a 409 in there, alas a some air cleaner trickrery, but cool.

I'd have to say if this car is unrestored it must have spent it's life covered in Glad Wrap.

Thanks Kim! All the cars are great, thank you for the photos - this one had a lot of work done, filling in the indentations in the hood where the silver streaks were is a BIG job.

He has frenched the headlights, I have thought about doing that sometime way down the road when I am running out of things to do - first time I've seen a picture of a 55-56 with that done so now I know how it will look.

Frenching the taillights is a big job too - I have also thought about doing that since my housings are badly pitted and I cannot find any good ones (and getting them rechormed would be way too costly) - so now I know how that would look too! (Of course I'd put the 59 Caddy lights in there, eh? smile.gif )

He even removed the backup light housings, interesting ...

Thanks again,
Dave
