Holy smokes, I think this might actually work, those that have read my previous threads know that my wife and myself are finishing the restoration of my father-in-law's '57 Laurentian 4 door. He had basically finished the bodywork, but the chassis was untouched, and not under the car. We enlisted the help of a family friend to get the chassis done, as we live 800 miles away. The frame has been powdercoated, and assembly is going along nicely. I just want to give a plug to Tory's Repair in Brandon Mb a plug, and see if any CP members in the Brandon area are up for a body/chassis reunion party July 12/13 or so. Ie, a couple hours work in exchange for beer and food. Even those that just wanna come watch and laugh at me are welcome
I have a friend who is from Brandon but these days is at work in Winnipeg during the week and home on weekends. I need to go visit him at home some time and see his "new" cars.

It's home, on wheels. Pic's to follow. Oh yeah, and thanks to the brochures 57Pontiac was kind enough to post, I've determined it's a Pathfinder Deluxe. Wow the learning curve has been steep, thanks guys.
So, it's been a long while, but here are some updated pics. The car had some questionable bodywork done by my dearly departed father in law. He meant well, and was one hell of a carpenter, but not a great bodyman. The car is actually now in colour, those pics will come soon.
If you need anything else during your rebuild, just let me know. I still have a LOT of parts to get rid off...the mezzanine of my new garage is already full!
