Apparently there were only 120-something W34 Toro's made in 68. If that bumper is in fact a 68 bumper it's an expensive piece!

Very innovative cars. No doubt this platform provided R&D for the front wheel drivers that became the core of GM's business in the 80s and 90s. I prefer the styling of the early Eldorados over the Toronados, but they are all interesting cars.

An interesting item about the original W34 Toronado's is they had a temperature sensor on the rad. If the coolant got a little too hot the headlight doors would open to let in more air!
