Ever have a fuel pump with an oil leak?

I put a new fuel pump on the engine with a new gasket about a year and a half ago and it had a very small oil leak.  Wouldn't notice it even drip on the floor but when I went on a road trip it would blow a little up onto the firewall and the hood.  Replaced the gasket and last weekend it did the same thing.  Those gaskets are just paper thin so tonight I put a little heavier cork one on.  But when looking at the fuel pump I just about think it is leaking at the little pivot pin.  When I took the pump off the pin had moved over to one side.  I know the oil is definetely coming from the fuel pump area as it accumulates right below it.  Anybody had a problem with the pump itself?

Yes, I would say if it's leaking it should be replaced.

I have had horrible luck with selling aftermarket mechanical fuel pumps at work. The GM pumps seem to last much longer.
