1969 Restoration Progress

Well it's been almost a year since I bought the  1st Beaumont, I am further along than I thought I would be. This days off I finished sandblasting parts and I Epoxy primered everthing and painted all the parts chassi Black the next day. Today I got the front end back together and put the rad back in, it gave me a good excuse to flash her up and let her run up to temperature and re-check for leaks, so far so good !! I put my redone fenders on and the passenger side fit perfect but the drivers side does not line up as well. Now I will wait untill my next days off and get a bodyman buddy to look at it and hopefully it just needs a door adjustment and maybe some shims. The wife is going to a Horseshow in Vancouver for 10 days so I am going to borrow a trailer from a friend of mine and go and pick up my 3RD project car, I will hide it in the back of my shop and she probably won't even notice it for a few months. Better to ask for forgiveness than permission eh !!! I am just going to tuck this one away untill I finish my first one. I guess beaumonts are kind of like beer, ya can't have just one !!!!         Later all             Mylo
