It's rebuildable though, the throttle shaft is not seized up?

Seems like all the ones I find have been sitting (sometimes outside) and the shafts are seized.

 I hear ya carl,  same experience here.  The secondarys especially seize up.

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.
