Need to pick some brains, has anyone tried useing the teflon valve guide seals without the small rubber o ring seals before

All the engines that I have rebuilt for myself or customers all have teflon seals. The only way to fly. (2cents)

i  tried using them without the o ring seals on the valves  now i have raw oil spraying  onto the sparkplugs from the intake valves im thinking of switching to a softer variety
