What problem areas to look for on 64 Beaumont Custom Sport Coupe V8?

I am going to look at a driveable 64 Beaumont Custom Sport Coupe V8...what are some problem areas that I need to look closely at?

I would greatly appreciate anyone's help.

I know that I need to look for floor pan and trunk floor.  Other than the obvious rot areas, anywhere else that I must look at carefully?  Any other tell tale signs of problems?

rocker panels..   bottom of doors..   bottom of windshield..  base of rear window..  Quarter panels...frame....  bottom of fenders.....   edges of rear fenders.....firewall....  plus the mentioned floors and trunk

rear body mounts are almost always gone. they are part of the above mentioned trunk floor.
is all the trim there? it's really hard to get a hold of..

photos would be good.
