Just seeing if any local guys are going to make it to the show this saturday in downtown Cloverdale? Kim,Marty you should put your cars in , I will be putting in my 68 if you can make it let me know and we can register at the same time and get our spots together. Should be a great show as they are not doing the Langley cruise in this year so there should be alot of cars.
Thanks for the pic's That guy with the 1970 GTO offers it for sale to anyone the talks to him. I think he got screwed on the deal as he sent down a better car.
This 68 is an original un-restored car. 307 engine with buckets and a colum shift didnt check the mileage and hood was closed all day so no cowl tag shot. Its a very clean car and paint was in really good shape. Is buckets with colum shift rare? not sure have never seen one before.
If I'm not mistaken, that GTO with the Blower came from the US as Kim mentioned, But used to have a twin stacked blower set up on it. I t was from back east and was sold 4 or 5 times, within the last 2 years and finally ended up in Vancouver with only one blower. I talked to the Original owner on the PY site and was sold by him with only one blower. But it's still looks MEAN.

The bucket seat with no console is rare. My old '68 Chevelle convertible was an Oshawa built car with the same buckets, no console configuration. I was able to track down the second owner of the car and she told me she had bought the car used in 1971. But, the dealer told her that the car was ordered that way by a doctor for his wife. Before I sold it in 1991, I got the GM documents from Oshawa and it proved the car was ordered that way. The car was purchased from Robinson in T.O.
I remember the car had lots of comments about that at the local shows I took it to.
