Cambridge Ontario to Winnipeg Manitoba anyone?

This is a shot in the dark!

There is a mini table saw that I want to buy in Ontario, discontinued, hard to find but I need it for the cottage.  One for sale in Cambridge but shipping makes it unaffordable pretty much.

Anyone traveling from Cambridge to Winnipeg in the next 8-10 months and would be willing to transport it???  It occupies about 2' by 2' by 1' of space and weighs about 30 pounds.

did you check greyhound, I think the cost for a 30# package would not be all that much

I didn't yet. The problem is, these saws sold on a clearance sale at about 40 bucks in 2009. This one is new in box, priced at $80 and then I have to get it home.

I also found a used one in Saskatoon for $20 but that is my 2 choices and neither one is a great choice for the price.

I guess patience is my friend and I may still take your advice on trying bus!
