Well, it's about time I updated you all on "Poncho" the kitten we rescued. He's doing very well and I swear it's like having a toddler in the house. He is into everything. He seems to have a fixation with taking things out of the upstairs bathroom and bringing it downstairs (today it was a roll of toilet paper), or pulling my dirty laundry out of the hamper and bringing it downstairs.
He does seem to respond to a loud "PONCHO, NO!" but curiosity gets to him and after a few seconds he's back into trouble..
A few photos:
Here's ol Poncho coming out from under our china cabinet. One day he will be too big to get out and then we are all in trouble...
He loves to annoy our other cat "Taz". Taz doesn't have a whole lot of patience (she's 11) and things usually go down hill from here...
Fists flying:
We have a "Play Gym" for your bird (can you tell the animals are spoiled here?) Poncho has claimed ownership of it and usually knocks a bunch of things onto the floor making his way over to it..
Speaking of birds, Poncho is dying to get a taste of "Einstein"..
Of course after all this work, a nap is in order...
HAHAHA! GOTTA LOVE IT TODD!! In the 3rd photo you took it looks like they could be dancin' to "Cat Scratch Fever" na na na....."Cat Scratch Fever" na na na na na!! All together now! LOL!

I hear you on that!! I adopted a male tabby, Hobbs, from the SPCA in '98, he passed 2 years ago and man, I am still heartbroken... Best, and I mean the best thing ever to happen to me...........

That's a great story Todd. Amazing the timing on something like that to entertain you, isn't it? Well, no, I guess not really that amazing when you think about it

I was wondering how little Poncho was doing, and it looks like he's having a great time! His quality of life is a thousand times better. Are his wounds all healed?
My guy, SuperFuzz, was found as a stray on the streets of Toronto at the ripe old age of 3 months. Now he's 8 years old, and enjoying the good life watching Chickadees and Foxes.
